Cattier Champagnes are made in the prestigious territory of Montagne in
Reims, France on 31 hectares of vineyards primarily classified as "Premier
Cru", a highly regarded classification within the champagne category. The
sparkling wine is housed in an eye-catching gold bottle and ornate
gold-thread cage.
Jean Jacques Cattier: "We take pride in the fact that we are one of the last
family-owned vineyards in the region. This allows us to ensure that what
you taste is what you expect, exquisite and premiere champagnes."
The house of Cattier also produces the Champagne for Maxim's Restaurant of
Paris under Maxim's own lovely label.
