2005 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

Heitz Wine Cellars inhabits a pristine valley in the eastern hills of St. Helena known to the locals as Spring Valley. In 1964, Joe and Alice Heitz acquired this 160-acre ranch and winery to accommodate their burgeoning family business. Second generation Kathleen Heitz Myers and David Heitz are now at the helm as president and winemaker. This is a wine with a striking varietal aroma that quickly engages the senses and then delivers on its promise. It is brimming with dark cherry flavor, notes of vanilla and a touch of dried spice. Nicely balanced with bright acidity, this wine moves smoothly across the palate to an elegant finish.

2007 Napa Chardonnay

The Chardonnay is sleek and vibrant with the invigorating aroma of juicy pear and lemon blossoms. It's a delicious wine delivering tiers of citrus flavor and the slight tanginess of green apple wrapped around a creamy center. It is well-balanced with clean acidity and a lightly toasted character.
