2007 Jordan Chardonnay

On the nose, this Chardonnay offers multi-layered hints of pear, citrus, and kiwi accented by vanilla crème brûlée. A creamy palate complemented by ample acidity supports flavors of Fuji apple, pineapple, and Meyer lemon with appealing minerality. This wine has a delicious balance of rich, aromatic fruit and crisp acidity.

2006 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon

The blend is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. With concentrated aromas of cassis, cherry, cedar, red rose petal and tobacco, this wine’s complexity continues through the flavors, which include red currant, cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a hint of vanilla from oak aging. Round tannins balance and support this medium-bodied wine’s ripe fruit. It shows beautifully in its youth and will continue to age gracefully for a decade or more.
