Rich and creamy, like strawberries and cream. Without doubt the most romantic of our Sparklers. Dangerously easy to drink. A favorite for many, Iron Horse is probably best known for this cuvée. Food Pairing: Marries well with mushroom dishes such as a grilled Portobello sandwich or wild mushroom risotto, as well as Chinese chicken salad, poached salmon, chocolate dipped strawberries
