This ultra luxury whisky is based on the blending of an Aberfeldy single malt of great age, with the distinction and maturity of other carefully selected, exceptional malt whiskies. The final marrying process brings the whiskies together to create a mellow, silky blend, with notes of rich fruit and honey. The palate is sweet and smooth with a full bodied creamy texture and mouth warming effect.
A limited edition blend, each and every bottle is individually numbered and marked with the signature of founder, John Dewar, insuring the ultimate in quality and exclusivity. In the words of whisky critic, Jim Murray, Dewar’s Signature is “an outstanding addition to the highest echelons of blended Scotch”.
The Aberfeldy Distillery was constructed in 1896 by the sons of John Dewar, and continues to produce single malt Scotch whisky under the labels Aberfeldy 12 and Aberfeldy 21.
